Eligibility Criteria (Qualification & Age)

Age Limit (As on 01-07-2024):

• Grade I Signal: 18 - 36 Years (3 saal ki extra chhoot ke saath)

• Grade III: 18 - 33 Years (3 saal ki extra chhoot ke saath)

• Relaxation: SC/ST (5 yrs), OBC (3 yrs).

Educational Qualification:

1. Technician Grade III: 10th Pass + ITI from NCVT/SCVT in relevant trade (Fitter, Electrician, Welder, etc.) OR 12th Pass with Physics & Maths (PCM).

2. Technician Grade I Signal: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Physics/Electronics/CS/IT OR 3-year Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Engineering.

Selection Process & Exam Pattern

Selection sirf ek stage ke CBT (Computer Based Test) par aadharit hai, jiske baad Document Verification hota hai.

Negative Marking: 1/3rd marks har galat uttar ke liye kaate jayenge.

CBT Pattern for Grade III (100 Questions | 90 Minutes):

• Mathematics: 25 Questions

• General Intelligence & Reasoning: 25 Questions

• General Science: 40 Questions

• General Awareness: 10 Questions

• CBT Pattern for Grade I Signal (100 Questions | 90 Minutes):

  • General Awareness: 10 Q

  • Reasoning: 15 Q

  • Computer Basics: 20 Q

  • Mathematics: 20 Q

  • Basic Science & Engineering: 35 Q

Medical Standards

CBT pass karne ke baad candidates ka medical test hota hai:

• Grade I Signal: B1 Standard (Visual Acuity rules apply).

• Grade III: A3/B1/B2 (Trade ke hisaab se alag-alag).
