• Stenographers Grade-III: Candidates should have passed in Senior Kannada and English Stenography & Senior Kannada and English Typing Exam from Public Education Department

• Typists: Candidates should have passed in Senior Kannada and English Typing Exam from Public Education Department with 03 years Diploma in Secretarial Practice

• Typists-Copyists: Candidates should have passed in Senior Kannada and English Typing Exam from Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board
