The Export to Excel feature is designed to help employers manage candidate data more efficiently. However, this option is not available to all users. It is exclusively provided under Premium Plans, and access depends on the plan you have subscribed to.
1. Availability of Export to Excel
- This feature is not included in free or basic plans.
- Export access is provided only in Premium Subscription Plans.
- The number of candidates you can export depends on your plan limit.
- Some premium tiers allow partial exports, while higher plans may provide full database export.
2. Benefits of Exporting Data
- Save candidate profiles in Excel format for offline use.
- Share candidate lists with your HR or recruitment team easily.
- Filter, sort, and manage data more effectively.
- Maintain long-term hiring records for future requirements.
3. How to Export to Excel
- Login to your Employer Dashboard.
- Go to the Database / Candidate Search section.
- Select the candidates or search results you want to export.
- Click on Export to Excel button (if available in your plan).
- Download the Excel file to your computer.
4. File Format
All exported files will be available in .xlsx format (Microsoft Excel). You can open these files using Excel, Google Sheets, or any other spreadsheet software.
5. Plan Dependency
Your ability to export depends on the subscription plan you have chosen:
- Basic Plan: Export not available
- Standard Premium Plan: Limited export (restricted candidate records)
- Advanced Premium Plan: Full access to export candidate database
